If they're red, they could be a minor skin condition like excema or psoriasis. I got psoriasis myself at a young age, twelve or thirteen or so. Excema makes your skin look red, in patches and psoriasis is when the skin grows back too quickly. Take a visit to the dermatologist, they'll setlle your fears =)
