I just started wearing a padded bra and im 12 It makes me look bigger in the chest area and im embarased that people are noticing what should i do?

Usually, this is not a bad thing. But try wearing a sports bra, it makes the chest area look smaller. Never not wear a bra because that's not very safe :P
