Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 1997 Acura TL 3.2?

there are two, one in the fusebox on the right kick panel, near the drivers feet, and one is on the back of the actual cigarette lighter socket its self, its a small rubber thing with two wires coming out of it, if blown, it will be slightly swollen... i just replaced mine with a wire, as it already has a fuse at the drivers feet, to the right
