How do you replace the dome light on a 1996 Mazda Protege?

1.Make sure the engine is off and the dome light switch on the light globe is set to off and all lights are off.

2.Remove the lighting globe.

3.Press the two clamps toward the roof of the car until the defected dome light comes out.

4. Once it comes out, place the new dome light in the in then pull the two clips together with your fingers like this; [_____]

5. Place the lighting globe back on and make sure it's securely locked in.

6. Switch the dome light switch to door and your good to go.
