Can a ball python survive a 69 degrees?

Overnight, yes - that's a suitable temperature for a night-time drop - BUT - during the day, they need temperatures in the range of 28-32C (82.4-89.6F) A constant temperature of 69F would be far too cold for the snake to digest its food !
