It is plainly started everywhere and every time that the young people are too busy enjoying the facilities

and utilities provided by the modern world in 21

century and they have become spoilt and

irresponsible . Despite the points embedded in this judgement, it does not seem that the whole truth is

expressed by the proponents of the aforesaid negative picture.

It is firstly crucial to take back every parent to his/hertheir youth, the time when they flew in the air of

their dreams and did not listen to their parents' dos and don'ts. They do certainly remember the

different atmosphere they lived in, different views they had, and on top, when they were blamed by

their parents in the same way.

Modern age, on the other hand, has brought many revolutionary facilities and resulted life and

behaviours can never be compared to those belonging to the parents' era. Nobody would have imagined

that a letter could reach its destination in a fraction of a second. Similarly, many things may be chosen,

ordered, paid and purchased by clicking and pressing some keys. It has to be confessed that new

generation hardly understand its past generation's difficulties and sufferings. In most of the cases this

misunderstanding may lead the youth to disrespect their parents and widen the generation gap. As a

result, the parents become disappointed and complain against their children's unfair behaviour and life

style.

To sum up, generation gap is an unavoidable fact which has been remained a part of human civilization

for a long time. Both generations find themselves right and they are to some extent. Understanding and

compromising are the only solutions that bring them closer.
