The prerequisites for an LPN program vary from state to state. Most require just a high school diploma or GED. You are taught what is required for N-Clex exam during the course. Some schools such as the one I attended require a Math Proficiency exam prior to being accepted to show that you have the equivalent math skills of grade 11 fourth quarter.
