If I were you I would do it properly from the beginning and go to a professional makeup artist. She can teach you how to hide the male features and bring out the female ones. She should show you a good day makeup and a good evening makeup. It costs but is worth it. Then you go and see a hairstylist to see what hairstyle fit you the best and softens the male features. And yes, go to a nail salon and let them take care of the nails. Fake tan and fake eyelashes is more towards drag queen unless you are careful. Also go to clubs and talk to people who have done this. They tip about great stores with big ladies shoes and what to wear to hide what looks male.
