The short answer would be any 100 cars sitting in a recycling yard. The long answer would be almost impossible to ascertain as there are new car models coming out almost constanly and do you mean "for the current model year," "the soon to be released model year," "of all time." or what other perameters? So, by the time someone would compile a list of the top 100 (shouldn't that be the "bottom 100"?) the list would change.
