The OMaxe Palm Greens was initially expected to be complete by around Spring of 2010. However as per latest communication from OMaxe it seems the earliest completion date is December of 2011. There are multiple towers, so some towers may be delayed further. Many of OMaxe palm greens customers who took advantage of the Diwali Offer through Axis bank have already been given the possession letter on paper which is contingent upon paying of the entire loan amount to Axis. It has to be noted as per the tripartite agreement between you, OMaxe and Axis bank. The bank will take no responsibility for OMaxe to complete the construction of your apartment. The constuction has begun but it is going on at a very slow pace, so do not be surprised if it gets delayed further.
