Probably. But do not breed the guinea pig unless you already have stable new homes for the babies, or know that you will be taking care of the babies, and don't give them to a shelter. There are so many abandoned guinea pigs; the world doesn't need more. If you know people looking for a guinea pig, instead of breeding, suggest they look at an adoption center or shelter.
