How can you donate your organs to your immediate family?

If you're still alive and want to donate say a kidney or part of your liver, you just tell your/their doctor; they will know what legal forms you need to sign.

I don't think it's possible to make a specific organ bequest on your death, but it might be. Consult a lawyer.
