Do cheap pick up trucks have any similar features as the more expensive trucks?

The cheaper pick-up trucks offer the same towing and hauling capabilities as the more expensive models. The similar features include but are not limited to, towing, hauling, air conditioning, stereo, dual cab, and of course the obvious, wheels, steering wheels and brakes.
