What is a screaming seagull?

A seagull is a medium sized white bird with grey tipped wings. They are generally found around salt water regions. They are often considered a nuisance in beach communities and around boats due to their aggressive behavior towards food. There is also a play called The Seagull by the Russian writer, Anton Chekhov.
