Is this sterile water any good for plants?

Sterile water is generally not ideal for plants because it lacks essential nutrients and minerals that plants need for growth. While it can be used for specific purposes, such as rinsing seeds or in certain hydroponic systems, it doesn't provide the nutritional benefits that regular water, which contains dissolved minerals, does.
