If you went to a professional body piercer in a quality studio then yes they should do what ever it takes to make you happy. If the jewellery failed then it's a quality issue and the studio should replace the jewellery at the least. If you went to some wanna be body piercer working in a dive, then you are on your own, short of calling the police and claiming fraud due to substandard materials and poor customer service. You could also lodge a complaint with the local health inspections branch in regards to shoddy workmanship and junk jewellery ( both the workmanship and jewellery quality pose a health hazard and the health unit needs to look into it ). But a quality shop would look after you without question, all you need to do is ask for the help. Refunds are never an option with body piercing studiOS, you will get the jewellery replaced or the piercing redone but you will never get a refund, so don't consider even asking for one.
