Probably but if it is droopy it probably needs watering. When you transplant any plant you need to water it thoroughly in order to wash loose soil into any large air spaces around the roots to ensure that the roots are in contact with the soil and can do their job. If the weather is dry you will need to water frequently until the tree re-establishes itself.
