To find the 6th Tiger Scroll in The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, head to Lake Hylia and look for a small island near the center of the lake. Use the Boomerang or the Gust Jar to access the island, where you'll find a Minish named the Tiger Scrolls Master.
