Who is the voice on the PA in the seriers MASH?

Besides Radar (Gary Burghoff) and Klinger (Jamie Farr), the voices on the PA are Sal Viscuso or Todd Susman. Sal Viscuso was on camera in several episodes as different characters (Dear Sigmund, Post Op, and Tea and Empathy), and Todd Susman was in Operation Noselift.
