How do ploughshare tortoises migrate?

Ploughshare tortoises, native to Madagascar, typically do not engage in long-distance migrations like some other species. Instead, they have a home range they inhabit, usually within a few kilometers, where they seek food and shelter. Their movement is primarily influenced by seasonal changes and the availability of resources, such as vegetation.
