How do you get hidden Pokemon in soulsilver and heartgold?

All i know on the hidden abilities is that you go to the Pokemon Dream World on Pokemon.com, you go the the global link, do all this stuff to register yourself but in there in the island of dreams you can find certain Pokemon with there hidden abilities.
