What traits can be associated with Patty Hearst?

Patty Hearst was the granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst, a newspaper mogul. She is most widely known as an example of Stockholm Syndrome. She was kidnapped by the Symbionese Liberation Army and was arrested when participating in a bank heist with the group. Stockholm Syndrome is essentially when the captive person develops a bond with his or her captors. The Patty Heart example has widely been questioned as to its veracity.
