Edit: FranciOS? Catherine of Aragon's nephew was Charles V of Spain. At the time of Henry VIII's "divorce" Charles V, the Holy Roman Emperor had the Pope under House Arrest, hence why Henry VIII was refused an annulment of the Catherine/Henry marriage.
