When did Hitler become dicator?

On January 30, 1933 Hitler became Chancellor of Germany. On March 23, 1933 the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act. On August 2, 1934 Hitler became the Fuhrer of Germany. Any one of these three events could signify the beginning of the Nazi Dictatorship.
