Bella falling in love with Edward. (Scenario 1.) Edward stays around Bella all the time, which makes her fall in love with his scent, his eyes, and eventually Edward himself. Scenario 2.) Edward only stays in the background of Bella's life. She seems to notice him more than anyone and falls into a secret-crush-type-love. Scenario 3.) Edward drops out of school, moves away with his family, and people stop talking about him. Bella realizes that she was really in love with him and pities herself for the rest of her life.)
