How do you change headlight lens Chevrolet truck?

you didn't say what year so I'm going to assume it's one of the later models. Open the hood and stand directly over the headlight. You will see two L shaped pins. You can only see the top of the pin but trust me it is L shaped. Pull it up on both sides and voila. you have removed the old one.
