What happens when hedgehogs urinate blood?

In the short term, there are not many things that happen after a hedgehog urinates blood. However, this may be a symptom of either a kidney or bladder stone, a urinary tract infection or a urinary tract cancer. If the underlying cause of the blood in the urine isn't treated, the hedgehog may die of it.
