Is detective Conan a complete series?

As of October 2023, "Detective Conan," also known as "Case Closed," is not considered a complete series. The manga, created by Gosho Aoyama, continues to be serialized, and the anime adaptation has aired numerous episodes since its debut in 1996, with no definitive end in sight. While there are many story arcs and cases resolved throughout the series, the overarching plot involving the main character's quest to regain his original body remains ongoing.
