First you will need to purchase the brick moulding. This come in wood or a composite plastic or vinyl You will need to prime and paint the wood. The composite will cost more but will last much longer.
You will also need a miter saw to cut the 45 degree angles on the moulding. Measure the top piece first and cut both ends on a 45 degree angle. Nail it on with galvanized trim nails or small head trim screws.
Finish by measuring and cutting the two side pieces. Apply in the same manner as the top piece.
Be sure to caulk behind the brick moulding before you install it. After it is installed, caulk where it joins to the exterior of the jamb.
