How do you change time and date in titan fastrack digital watch 38008pp02?

Very simple Just press the SET button for 4 to 5 sec and it will blink the Sec continuously Now you are in setting mode and press the MODE button to select the time and date mode one by one and use the ADJUST button to set the correct time and date. Once you are finish the job press again the SET button to complete the same
