What do dogs do after they vomit?

If your dog vomits you need to feed your dog food like chappie because it dosent upset the dogs tummy as much. Also, another thing, i know it sounds gross, but a certain type of coal is good to feed a dog. You must ask a vet dont just feed him/her the coal. Its a special type of coal.
