Boudicca (also spelled as Boadicea) was a queen of the British Celtic Iceni tribe who led a revolt against the Roman Empire in AD 60-61 in Roman-occupied Britain. She is remembered for her fierce resistance against Roman occupation and her role as a symbol of British nationalism and anti-Imperialism.
