Where do you put the transmission fluid in a jaguar xj8?

On my 1999 XJ8 there is a hex screw just above the transmission pan on transmission case, on the passenger side toward the back end of the pan but an inch or two up.

When I took it out there was pressure in the system and it sprayed/leaked Transmission Fluid.
