How do you reset the security on a 1997 Nissan maxima v-6 3.0L?

Try the following....

1. Get in and lock the doors
2. Put the key in and out 6 times within 15 seconds.
3. Pull the key out
4. Put key in ACC
5. Press lock on door control panel and then press lock on the keyfob
6. Start the car .... and it works!
