That depends on many factors such as one's age, current height and weight, muscle
mass, dietary habits, and many other variables. For many people, having 30 minutes
of vigorous exercise per day, at least 5 days a week will produce favorable results
within the first 2-3 months after beginning the routine. Walking 5 miles per day would
also be good. With losing fat, watching what you eat can be just as important as
