Can you view photos on the camera after transferring photos from computer to memory stick?

If the files are put on the card exactly as they were originally (much as if they had been undeleted), then possibly yes. But after any editing, there is no guarantee it will read them. You will just need to try it with some sample photos. Maybe someone else will be able to explain what the deciding factors are.
