What is Bad Wolf from Doctor Who?

Bad Wolf is the name of the compay that turned Satelitte 5 into the Gamestation in Christopher Eccleston series. Rose took the name and spread it through time and space as a warning of the Daleks and the things to come. In the 3rd David Tennant series it reappears to signal the end of the universe.
