No, there is no evidence Arizona's controversial sheriff is working with Satan (and it should be noted that not everyone believes in Satan's existence). Joe Arpaio is a very polarizing figure in law enforcement: some people love him and see him as "tough on crime," while others find him a cruel and bigoted person who torments prisoners just because he can. His critics are mystified by how he keeps getting re-elected, and yet he remains very popular with certain segments of the voting public.
