You were in an accident that was your fault and you have no insurance The person already filed a claim with her insurance company what are you looking at as far as consequences go?

Sounds like you better get a 2nd and 3rd job as the victim will probably need to sue you to get a settlement. That is the price you must pay for being incredibly selfish and irresponsible!

This is a nightmare situation for hte insured owner of the other vehicle who has done nothing wrong. This is definitely selfish and just plan wrong. You have cost the other owner undue stress, money, headaches, loss of work time, loss of transportation, and loss of any money for their dedutible and any repairs that weren't covered under their insurance they were responsible enough to have. Be glad you are not sitting in jail, do the right thing and start paying up!
