What is the difference between the fledgling handbook and the fledgling handbook 101?

"fledgling handbook" is like a general term for it the "fledgling handbook 101" is the handbook for specifically the first formers (freshman) for the forth formers it would be the fledgling handbook 201 and so on with 301 for fifth and 401 for sixth its like when in a hotel each room has a number to tell which room it is but it also tells what floor its on room 513 would be the 13th room on the 5th floor so the 301 handbook is the handbook for the 3rd year students
