Were is the fuel pump relay on a 1995 jeep wrangler?

i use a test light and it only has a little ampage, but i can hook it up to my 12 volt jumper and it will run.

I just went through the same problem on my 95 wrangler, I had to run one new wire (green) from fuel relay (fuse box under the hood) to the connection at gas tank
