Can you visit Mineral Town in Harvest Moon DS?

No, you can't. If you have a DS with a GBA slot and a copy of Friends of Mineral Town or More Friends of Mineral Town you can connect the two games by having it inserted into the GBA slot. But you can still not go to the town. Mineral Town characters can visit your town but your character can never visit Mineral Town. No matter what you do.
