Doing a poster for farm city week the theme is pathway to progress any ideas on what to do?

I'm helping 2 children with posters and 1 with an essay on this topic. I don't have any outstanding ideas yet, but I did find a little more info at alfafarmers.org. It helped explain the pathway to progress. I was a little lost on the phrasing. Hope this helps some.
