How do you use deviantART?

deviantART is an online community for artists and art lovers! You create your own account where you may submit your artwork, view other artists' work, etc.

There are over 12 million members on dA, with around 100 million different pieces of artwork that have been submitted. You can add deviations (artwork) to your favourites, comment on the pieces, and even buy some as prints! You can make money from selling your artwork as prints, and many artists do commissions too.

The site has News pages, Forums, Groups, Shops, Critiques section, Chatrooms, and much more!

Members can write Journal entries that appear on their pages (unless you change the settings), and you can display your artwork on your page, aswell as in your own Gallery.

You can upgrade your account from basic to Premium Member, giving you the opportunity to do more, such as create polls, use Journal Skins/CSS, create a Portfolio, use the Critique feature, view more deviations per page, customize your page, and even become a Beta Tester!
