How do you beat the garden of sphinx on the mythology island in poptropica?

you go see zezus in the tree top of mythology island and get the golden island. zezus will not let you have the Apple until you have the 5 SACRED ITEMS. so you go down the tree. when you get off the tree you go in the opposite direction as the way you came to get to the tree and click GO LEFT.....................................JEVIN
