What is the recipe for the beer drink known as a 'Tam O'Shanter'?

I believe a Tam O'Shanter is a non beer cocktail involving coffee, Kahlua and Jameson Irish Whiskey. One cup coffee and one shot of Kahlua and Jameson Irish Whiskey, whipped cream may be added as a garnish.
