How much are Lee Reynold paintings selling for?

I have a painting signed by Lee Reynalds Burr 3ft3in x 4ft3in, my parents have been fighting over this painting since their divorce when I was 5yrs. I'm now 26 and it belongs to me. I just want to know how much it's worth? It has to be worth something for them to have been and still fighting over it? I looked on EBay and some of his stuff have been selling for over 12k, the painting I have looks to be acrylic and has a lot of water colors very soft. It looks to be like a city maybe NY with a park and trees. The frame is Gold and a little scratched up and the painting could use some restoring. Not sure at this moment if I would sell it, but if I wanted to i would like to know how much it would go for.
