What does Adoc extension mean?

In Lithuania it is used as a file extension of an official electronic document. This electronic document must be compliant with the requirements of specification ADOC-V1.0 of the electronic document signed by the electronic signature, that was approved by Archives Department under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in September 2009.
