One of my weaknesses is that I can be overly detail-oriented, sometimes spending too much time on a task to ensure everything is perfect. I've been working on this by setting stricter deadlines for myself and prioritizing key aspects of projects. This helps me maintain high quality without getting bogged down. I'm continuously learning to balance thoroughness with efficiency.
