This is the motto of many Catholic schools and colleges, such as St Paul's Catholic School and Performing Arts College. It is based on a revision of the verse in Micah 6:8 which reads in the World English Bible as follows:

He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, To love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

It has been changed for the motto, so that it now reads like this:
This is what Yahweh asks of you: to act justly; to love tenderly and to walk humbly with your God. (Micah 6:8) Sources:

Addendum:
This verse was also quoted by President Jimmy Carter in his Inaugural Address. See http://www.historybuff.com/presidents/carter.html

Now the verse is proudly displayed on posters, t-shirts and coffee mugs, etc. There's even a book titled "To Act Justly, Love Tenderly, Walk Humbly: An Agenda for Ministers"
